The firm was created in march 1974 under the name of MENOPEL – Metalúrgica Nova Petropolis Ltda. It iniciated his activities offering services of montage, solding and smelting to other enterprises, beeing recognized since 1977 by the name of SEIBT MAQUINAS PARA PLASTICOS LTDA. The continues crisis which suffered Brazil in those times lead to the neccesity of fabrication of an own product.

Seeing in the plastic recycling area a promissory market, SEIBT MAQUINAS PARA PLASTICOS LTD. began to project and produce periferic articles for this area. At the beginning SEIBT MAQUINAS PARA PLASTICOS LTD. developed the mills, with wich the firm fixed his name on the market. For the beginning they produced only four models of mills.

Actually SEIBT MAQUINAS PARA PLASTICOS LTDA. produce more than fifty different models of mills, besides of the aglomerators, destroyers, extruders for recycling, cutters, ventilators, cyclones , etc. as well as many personalized projects.

SEIBT MAQUINAS PARA PLASTICOS LTDA. works in the whole plastic transformation area; either pre-use as well as post-use, producing periferics for this area. Their equipments are beeing sell in the whole Brasilian territory and also outside.
